this is quite the question. I watched the oral arguments in the California Supreme Court case against Prop 8 and it was one of the big questions addressed by the state.
I would say off the top of my head: privacy, property, equal protection
I would agree with you. I usally work it as, Life, Liberty and Property. But yours is pretty much the same. What did the Cal Supreme Court decide with Prop 8?

ReplyDeletenothing yet. they have 90 days from the time of the arguments (which i think was the 8th) to make a decision.
